At Lorne Stewart Facilities we pride ourselves on the quality of the services we deliver for our customers, whether we act as the main FM provider on a multi building portfolio contract or are carrying out simple minor maintenance works, we always, whatever size the job, provide the same excellent standard of service.
We work openly with customers to fully understand the service delivery requirements for every site in their portfolio and to put in place class leading FM delivery with the minimum of disruption to the clients' business operations. We have many years experience in mobilising both resident and mobile contracts and are able to quickly put systems, control measures and communication channels in place to enable a seamless transfer of operations ensuring business continuity is maintained.
We are accredited to BS EN ISO 9001/2, 14001 and 18001 giving you the peace of mind that all of our management systems are independently assessed on a regular basis.
At the heart of our management operations is our very own Information Management System known simply as our iMS. Developed by our in house software team, iMS has been in operation since 2003 and handles all of our planned and reactive tasks across the UK. iMS is used 24/7 by our customer services centre agents to log jobs, update status and to plan our maintenance activities but it doesn't stop there.
A vast amount of the information is pushed out directly to the tablet devices used by our field technicians and soft services staff allowing rapid exchange of job data to and from the field and this is exactly what drives and enables the information flow to our customers who can log in to iMS at any time to see information and job updates.
We provide mechanical and electrical maintenance and reactive services through our team of trained engineers and service partners across the UK. A selection of the services we can provide are:-
Our soft services provision includes the provision of cleaning and ancillary staff on a mobile or site specific basis. As a member of BICS, we ensure that our staff are trained in the latest cleaning technology and service standards and we strive to utilise only the most environmentally safe chemicals and sometimes no chemicals at all with our microfibre cleaning systems.
We have an excellent track record in the provision soft services solutions that can be operated as a stand alone service or be integrated into your existing service provision.
Energy reduction and management is a high priority topic for the vast majority of our clients and in our opinion will remain so for the foreseeable future. Our Facilities team can help you with an energy survey to help you understand where you are using energy the most and then offer solutions to help reduce cost. The solutions we offer will always address the low cost or no cost items first and while these are being addressed we can work with you to look at the higher cost elements such as plant replacement and LED lighting upgrades where capital outlay can be recovered through savings over the minimum length of time.
We can also help to analyse your utility costs and advise you if there are better tariffs available that could help reduce your energy cost even further.
We offer a complete and robust solution to fire safety for your building. With Lorne Stewart Facilities looking after your fire systems you can rest assured that you are in safe hands and that you achieve full statutory compliance. All of our fire systems work is carried by our own engineers who are fully trained to the relevant standards.
We are accredited by BAFE, the independent, third party certification registration body for quality in the UK fire protection industry and for more than 30 years, have been developing schemes for UKAS accredited Certification Bodies to assess and approve fire protection companies to recognised quality standards.
Whilst large multi £M projects are normally handled through our contracting operations, our Facilities team is geared up to manage and or deliver the smaller projects that flow from our existing customers or the general marketplace. We have the expertise to provide installation services to cover most of your smaller M&E or A/C requirements such as commercial heating and boiler replacements, electrical upgrades as well as, groundwork, fabric and fit out works.
We have a demonstrable track record and have successfully delivered projects up to £2M in the retail, transport, banking and commercial sectors.
Our service centre in the Northwest is manned around the clock every day of the year by our own dedicated team of agents and managers. It is here where customer calls are logged and planned maintenance activities are coordinated and it provides a vital information portal for our field and site based staff as well as our customers and service partners.
We believe that managing our customers work is a task that must be managed in house and not an by an anonymous off site call centre where control of activities can easily be lost. Our service centre team build relationships with our customers, understand their issues and are able to provide a consistent link with our field staff which improves overall communication.
Critical systems including IT and telephony are supported by backup power systems to ensure continuity of service in case of short term power failure and we have a dedicated service centre team operating in Southwest to which operations can be transferred if required in case of emergency.
