This new contract comprises of approximately 20 properties throughout the Southwest. Premises include community hospitals, health centres and offices, where we will be responsible for maintaining a range of mechanical, electrical and building related assets including compliance, reactive, small works and projects.
Devon Partnership NHS Trust awarded to Lorne Stewart due to the quality of our submission along with our experience and recommendations from the neighbouring NHS trust, where we have been providing excellent service for several years. After a successful mobilisation period our contract went live on the 1st April 2018.
